  Ensure your items are in their original, resalable condition with all official tags attached; please note that personalized jerseys and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise and include the completed returns form inside the parcel to ensure our warehouse team can identify and process your request quickly.

  Post the Parcel

  Send your return via a tracked service to the Hull KR Fan Experience Zone at Sewell Group Craven Park; keep your postage receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
